All timepieces purchased from Unwornwatches Inc. may be returned under the following terms:

• Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt and items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tape, plastic coverings, stickers, and sizing links fully intact.
  
• Every return - whether for a refund, repair, or exchange - require contacting our customer service team at info@unwornwatches.com.
  
• Items must be shipped back using a traceable, insured carrier (such as FedEx ) and addressed directly to Unwornwatches Inc.
  
• To keep our prices competitive, all returns, cancellations, and exchanges are subject to a 9% restocking fee based on the purchase price.
  
  
  Special orders (items not listed on our site, special orders or watches ordered directly from the manufacturer) cannot be canceled or returned.
  
  International sales are final and not eligible for returns or cancellations.
  
  Only one exchange per customer is permitted.
  
  
  
• Shipping fees will also be deducted from any return .
  

Certain items are considered to cannot be returned, including:

• Damaged by wear, impact or water is not covered.
• Special order or specially sourced watches requested by the client.
• Engraved or custom pieces.
